 Company Policy 

At Blue Mermaid Travel our policy is ‘no waiting at the airport for two planes’.  No customer of Blue Mermaid will be expected to wait for other airlines to land before leaving for their holiday destinatıon.  However if, for example, two flights came in at the same time and there were no delay issues, we may have customers on both flights.

When purchasing flight tickets from our Office, we will not sell ticket only without selling our transfer.  Flights tickets are subject to an administration fee.  Flight tickets are to be paid in cash – YTL, sterling or euro.  Travellers cheques, debit/credit card is not accepted.

We will not charge for children under 6 years of age.  Child safety seats are available.

Blue Mermaid also has facilities available for wheelchair users in its vehicle. 

About us 

Originally formed in 2006, Blue Mermaid Travel is now owned by İsmet Cin.İsmet has worked in Altinkum for the past 17 years, starting his working life here as a ‘shoe-shine’ boy to working, dancing and managing some of the bars and restaurants of Altinkum.  Many will know a remember İsmet as ‘Mickey’. 

This is İsmet’s first business venture and wants to build upon and move Blue Mermaid forward.  His priority is to ensure that his Company will provide a Professional service with a smile and wants all his customers to feel valued, happy and safe.
